Pop-Up Dinners with Lauren Rose Cooks

Lauren O’Leary is a force to be reckoned with.

A woman of many talents, Lauren boasts a serious resume of accomplishments: sommelier, cheesemonger, private chef, and entrepreneur.

Her philosophy is that every meal should be celebrated, and wine should be approachable. Lauren’s culinary perspective showcases Mediterranean flair with a millennial twist. Pumping out traditional dishes of baba ghanoush and beef kefta, she confidently pairs her cuisine with wines that complement each dish.

On any given night, Lauren can be found in the kitchen, prepping multi-course meals for private dinners, corporate events, and pop-up dinners in San Francisco or Stockton. She recently hosted a pop-up dinner at Stockton’s Cast Iron Trading Co., where she blew guests away with her farm to table cuisine. Delivering chicken kale garlic bites with a lemon yogurt and a homemade strozzapreti pasta arrabiata with stewed cherry tomatoes, cream, and chili pepper. These are serious eats and she is seriously talented.
