History: After breathing new life into the historic 1900s Fairbank Estate, Cassandra and Dan Durst began to make artisan, handmade, fine wines with only the highest quality local grapes.
Claim to fame: Durst’s Fairbanks Red Blend showcases bold flavors of fresh raspberry, cherry, and dark chocolate with an exquisite fruity aroma and notes of fresh herbs and white pepper.
