Tucked behind Perfect Balance Day Spa, The Hideaway boasts six treatment rooms, locker facilities, a hot tub, and sauna.
The barrel-style sauna, by Almost Heaven, “is especially great because it looks like a wine barrel!” says owner Jacqueline Davis with a smile. The handcrafted “barrel” is made from western Canadian red cedar and holds a stainless steel heater. And, the company’s most popular sauna model is enjoyed outside! While traveling throughout The Hideaway, you’re given a locker and a comfy robe to further your tranquil spa experience.
When visiting Perfect Balance Day Spa for a service, you can enjoy a complimentary sauna session, or book a singular session. The sauna holds six and can even be reserved during private party hours to enjoy with your love or your girlfriends. Jackie suggests teaming it with a massage, wrap, scrub, or facial to further reap benefits of such treatments.
Reoccurring half-hour sauna sessions boast many detoxifying powers, endorphin release, improved blood circulation, weight loss, immune system enhancement, and pain and stress relief, all while supporting healthy, glowing skin.
