Cheryl Claude moved from France to Lodi with her family. Today, her parents own the beloved Bon Appetite French sandwich shop, and she provides San Joaquin with tasty customized treats for everything from holiday parties to baby and bridal parties and all other milestone moments in between.
Cheryl’s pretzels are unique for a handful of reasons, one being her method of creation. She doesn’t dip and submerge like typical dipped pretzels. She instead hand rolls her pretzels in caramel and Ghirardelli chocolate before breaking up toppings and rolling them to create a beautiful product. Everything from sprinkles and drizzles to candy toppings can be customized upon order to coordinate with your event colors and theme. The end result looks just as amazing as it tastes, and large orders are supplied on a platter try for easy display.
