Owner Leah Suelter has created a friendly and inviting environment that’s sure to put customers at ease as soon as they walk in the door. “It’s kind of inherent that we bag on ourselves,” laments Leah. “I want all women to walk out of here feeling better than when they walked in.”
Leah prides herself on being very determined, so it’s only natural that she excels at helping customers find gorgeous clothes that are within their comfort zone. “Half of our inventory is plus size,” she adds. Since finding plus size clothing can be so difficult that it can deter people from shopping, Leah was happy to help customers avoid that obstacle. Instead, they can focus on finding versatile clothes that will make them feel joyful and confident.
“I try to find things that are playful, romantic, and country chic,” says Leah when reflecting on the brands she stocks. Whether you’re looking for dresses that can double as daywear and nightwear, or a more casual tunic and jeans outfit, this shop has you covered—and don’t forget about accessories and jewelry! Though the designers The Fashionable You Boutique carries change all the time, Cheekys and Kancan are two mainstays that Leah and her customers love. An added shopping incentive: 10 percent of proceeds from faith-based items are donated to Lifeline Church.
