We suggest leaving the meat behind and trying the café’s Veggie Burger – popular among vegans and omnivores alike! The burger patty is made from a family recipe that includes walnuts, flak seed, oatmeal and a combination of different seasonings, among other ingredients. This vegetarian friendly delight is topped with freshly sliced tomatoes, red onions, homemade pickled cucumbers, lettuce, cheese and basil pesto, on a French roll served with a side of fresh fruit and macaroni salad. Infused with homemade and family recipes, you won’t find anything like this in San Joaquin!
